Outside Sales Representative – Windows & Doors

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet directly with homeowners to provide in-home consultations, assess their needs, recommend the best window and door solutions, and prepare accurate quotations. This is a high-income opportunity for driven sales professionals who enjoy helping homeowners improve their homes.

Qualified leads are provided through company marketing, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
Measure windows and doors accurately
Present product options, features, and benefits
Educate customers on energy efficiency, triple-pane glass, financing options, and installation processes
Prepare and present quotations using the company pricing systems
Follow up with customers and close sales opportunities
Maintain professional communication throughout the sales process
Work closely with the office and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Keep CRM notes and customer information updated

Requirements

Previous outside sales experience preferred
Window & door industry experience is a strong asset
Strong communication and presentation skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivated with strong closing abilities
Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to read and understand basic construction or renovation measurements

Compensation

Commission-based position
