All vinyl ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS windows are warranted against any defect in material or workmanship resulting in blistering, peeling, flaking or corroding under normal use and service for the life of the window. This warranty does not apply if the window has been painted or if there has been an application of solvent or any other product that could affect the polyvinyl chloride.
ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS guarantees that no permanent condensation will form between the panes of our insulated glass units. ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS also guarantees that its insulated glass units will be free from vision obstruction resulting from moisture, film or dust collection between the interior glass units and will replace units as defective for a period of Lifetime after the date of purchase. ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS will cover the cost of labour to replace such defective units.
ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS guarantees that the opening and closing mechanisms used in its products are free of manufacturing defects for the life of the window. This warranty covers the replacement of defective hardware returned to ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS factory and which is deemed to bedefective at ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS sole judgment. ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS will cover the cost of labour to replace such defective hardware.
Fiberglass Screening and Screen Frame The fiberglass screening material used in the window screen and the material for manufacture of the screen frame are warranted against manufacturing defects resulting in rotting or rusting.
Workmanship of all ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS products is warranted for a period of 10 years from date of installation.
ECO-CHOICE WINDOWS & DOORS paint warranty guarantees against blistering, peeling, or flaking under normal residential use for a period of 10 years. This warranty applies only to paints applied to white extruded windows. This warranty does not cover glass breaking or claims that are the result of accidents, misuse, or acts of God. Any part repaired, replaced or exchanged shall be guaranteed only for the duration remaining on the original warranty agreement.
Steel & Fiberglass Door Slabs and Glass Inserts are warranted for 10 years against any defects in material. Door paint or stain is warranted for 5 years against any defects in material.
All door hardware supplied and installed by Eco Choice Windows & Doors is warranted againts any defects for a period of 1 year from the date of installation.
